Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi,  i am using HP DeskJet 3070A and replace the black ink a week ago.  There are no any error message but my  printing start have  issue just shown as figure one. after that any further printing become completely blank page. i have check the ink level is high. please help.

Have you tried to clean the printhead?

thank you for your suggestion. i tried that but it also printed blank paper with the  "clean printer head" function

The printhead has gone bad.

If the warranty is over then you may try cleaning it manually, see youtube for vids on the cleaning procedure.
