HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am having trouble with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 software  performing correctly with respect to it showing the options for  portrait and landscape  orientation when printing to pdf.  I just did a clean install of Windows on a new hard drive.  Installed a number of programs, Including the software for the HP printer (from the website).  Everything seems to work correctly most of the time, but with at one site, when I try to print the page(s) from the website, the "Save" screen does not show the orientation tabs.  Also, the screen showing the page to be copied, does not show it accurately.  There are considerable data lines partially missing.  In addition, only one page is shown, and not completely.  This does not occur with most other sites.  And if i exchange the new drive with the original drive, everything works as it should.

I uninstalled the printer software on the new drive and reinstalled it.  Did not help.  At first, I thought that it had something to do with the originating website, but with the old drive, it works just fine.  It is driving me NUTS!

Any help would be most appreciated,
