Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just switched out to a new computer, and now my printer will only print double sided.  I did a factory reset....to no avail.  No matter that I change the settings when starting a print to single sided, it still will print on two sides.  I need this resolved pretty quickly due to the volume that I print.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Assume you are using the HP FULL Solution software to print.

 

When you select Print, go to the Printer  Properties and under "Print on both sides", select "No"  

 

Example:

 

HP LaserJet Pro M283 Print Single Sided.jpg
