The printer shows a code: Oxc19a0015 telling that there is a problem with the printerhead

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Reset the printer

  1. Press the Power button () to turn off the printer.

  2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

  5. Press the Power button () to turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware
