Buongiorno,

Ho una stampante HP Envy Pro 6422. Ho comprato inoltre della carta HP formato 13x18 per stampare foto a casa. Utilizzando l'applicazione Hp Smart per stampare foto qualsiasi impostazione predefinita usi mi stampa le foto con il bordo bianco ed anche storte.

Come potrei risolvere?
