I have downloaded printer updates and have/had no printer problems printing to plain paper. However, when I try to print a page of mailing labels I get "paper type or print is incorrect" error msg. My printer is an HP 6500 E710n-z.
Looking for help trying to figure out what the problem might be. Avery customer service attempted to help but none of their suggestions worked and advised me to contact HP.
