HP OfficeJet 9012e All-in-One Printer

I purchased the Printshop 6.4 Professional software in October 2023. After installing it, I was able to print my projects without a problem. Now, it is December and I am trying to print new projects I created and nothing will print. I get an error message that says "Print canceled"/ "Print job has been canceled".  The project loaded and was ready to print and when I push the print button in the printshop program, that error message pops up.

I have left an email with Encore which is the technical support for Printshop 6.4, but have not heard anything. I did read that Encore discovered that after a recent Windows update, the printing function stopped working and had a link to Windows. I do not want to be irritable about this, but I CANNOT fix this on my own and it appears that all the software companies are good at shifting the responsibility and have not provided a solution. I have clients waiting for these projects and I cannot deliver on what I promised until this situation gets corrected.

I want a viable answer to get back up and printing projects. When you buy a product, there should be adequate and skilled technicians to figure out the problem.

Thank you,

dmb
