Product: Hp Deskjet 3760
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer from the start prints only pdf documents, or web pages or e- mails, other kind of documents are recognized but they are not printed, nor with Office nor with Libre Office, for example. For example, Word documents (.docx and .doc)  and Writer documents, I see them in the printing preview but the printer prints  blank pages...

Hi.

I would suspect any print quality issue to cause such behavior, due to using different inks for different file types it may be visible on some documents while not on others.

 

Please print a Printer Status Report for your printer:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04617078

 

Can you see the same results as shown, or may any specific color is missing from the printout?
