Most user unfriendly product and instructions ever. Have replaced my Epson with a HP envy 6234. Worst decision. Have HP laptop and Dell PC plus iPad and iPhone. Nigh impossible to print any document from Dell Optixplex 790 (Windows 10) even after updating drivers, installing HP Print etc. Totally frustrated and angry that I did not heed the warning reviews. Am off to bed as I cannot spend any more time on this today. I only want to print a simple word document but the HP app only shows PDF files - so,so tired of this.

@Pado22, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Check the connectivity between the printer and the PC
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
