Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have Windows 11, Outlook 365, Adobe Acrobat Reader and all are updated.
We purchased an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 4301fdn. We installed it with the software from the HP website with no problems. We are using USB for the connection.
We received an email that has pdf files and one of the pdf files prints this error when using Outlook 365 Quick Print:
PCL XL error 

Subsystem: Kernel

Error: UnsupportedBinding
Operators: 0xfe
Position: 0.

The other pdf files print fine with Quick Print. Then we printed the one problem pdf to an HP LaserJet M506 and then to an HP LaserJet M507 and it printed fine on both.
We then called HP Support and after an hour and a half, they installed the PS driver and that didn't work, they said it's a Microsoft problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
