I am unable to print anything until I update my payment method. Every time I sign in to my account, I do not see any options on where I can even access my account dashboard to update any information.  This has been an ongoing issue for month now, and despite m efforts with the support team, i still can not access my account information to update my payment method. however, i still get monthly emails from HP to do so. SOOOO Frustrating, and a complete waste of funds.

I understand you are unable to update your payment information on your instant ink account.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. 

 

While you respond to that, try the steps in the document to update the payment information-Manage your account
