Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer

My printer shows "Printer Failure.  There is a problem with the printer or print system.  Turn the printer Off, then On.  If you continue to get this message, contact support.  Event code: 71.02.4A"

I tried this multiple times and it's not working.  There is no number to call so I need the Community's help.  My printer is OfficeJetPro HP71029A.  Thanks in advance for your help!
