In my rush yesterday I accidentally purchased a 301 instead of a 302 cartridge but didn't realise until after I had tried to install it, hence I am unable to return to store where I purchased as packaging open - this was very silly. The cartridge is still full and I am hoping that hp might be able to exchange. I don't want a refund, just the correct cartridge.

Can anyone help?
