Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni is printing the color purple as blue.

I have other printers that print the color purple correctly.

First thing you want to do is ensure that the printer itself can print properly, an issue with the magenta cartridge could cause issues when trying to print the color purple. Here is an HP troubleshooting document that covers many of the things to check, https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c02260982

The first thing I would do would be to print the print quality report. On the printer control panel touch the wrench icon and then select reports and then the print quality report. If this report shows defects then you have a bad cartridge in most cases.
