Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A question mark pops up between the Home & Return Button which does not goes away. How I can remove it. It is not allowing me to print!

 

Please help. Printer is NEW!

Hi,

The question mark indicates the help menu and should lit, this is not related to the printing problem:

Please try printing a Printer Status Report and let me know if you can print, or if any other behavior occur:

https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c04707093

 

If you see any error message, please let me know the exact message.

Hi,

Got it. But I scan thru' the Printer Status Report. It does not indicate any error.

But when I tried to send a print job from my laptop, it says Printer Error

When I click on the Home Icon on the menu, the ? mark will appear which is not the case previously.

I do not know what is happening. I was sending 3 documents, the 1st one was printed but the 2nd document encountered error, and since I am not able to print anything
