Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer has a question mark on the screen instead of the home icons.

I was printing then the screen started flashing blue, it turned itself off and then restarted, since then i have this question mark on the screen.

I have tried unplugging it, cleaning the cartridged etc, but it doesnt make any difference.

It prints fine except it has trouble drawing the 5x7 photo paper from the top drawer, otherwise its ok.

Please help as its quite frustrating.

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document
