My HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 was most likely unplugged before it was turned off. Now the question mark shows, but not the home or back "buttons."  When I tap the question mark, then I can see the home and back buttons and not the question mark.  It takes me to a list of tips and help videos.  Is there something going on with my printer since usually the home button is what is lit up.  Last night, the screen stayed on instead of going black after not being used.  I've turned my printer off and back on and it said it was not shut down properly, but still don't know how to get the home button on instead of the question mark. And just want to know if I have an error on my printer. (I was able to print, by the way.)

It is for Help function. You can use it when you need help.
