My OS is Mac Ventura 13.6.9 and I have a Deskjet 4155e. It keeps printing an alignment page after every copy. Any suggestions? I believe the software already updated when I opened the HPSmart app to troubleshoot. I have a wireless connection.

- Firmware Update:
- Use the HP Smart app or visit the HP support website to check if there’s a firmware update available for your DeskJet 4155e.
- Install any available updates as they can fix bugs and improve performance.
6. Inspect and Clean Printer Components:
- Ink Cartridges:
- Check that the ink cartridges are properly installed and not low on ink.
- Printer Cartridges:
- Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
- Printer Rollers and Paper Path:
- Ensure there are no obstructions or debris in the paper path.
7. Check Alignment Settings:
- Alignment Pages:
