Can you please confirm the printer model? I have not had access to any Officejet 7000 series printers, but the encoder strip would attach to a sort of spring on the left side, be threaded through a slot in the back of the carriage assembly and then attached to a fixed post on the right side. To attach it first thread the encoder strip through the proper place in the carriage assembly. Next attach to the spring on the left side, then gently pull the strip taunt and hook it on the tang on the right.

Thank you so much for this reply Bob !
So you're right i made a mistake the printer model is a 7612 wide by HP (A3 printer). I just took several pictures from both side of the carriage but i guess that i've found the path through it. The point is really both hooks on each side because the size of the ribbon's holes look differents...
so here we are, side left of the carriage :
See, i guess the ribbon should be were he's right here.
then, the left side :
i try to think about it and that looks logical, just after the original picture
then the right site of the carriage :
like previously, i think that the ribbon goes on this hole.
and final, the right side of the printer :
my problem is that if the hook is the good one (see on previous post), the horizontal hole isn't logical....
so i let you give me your precious advices !
thank you so much,

I found a post that indicated this picture is the right place for the right side.
I would suggest hooking the encoder strip on this side, then thread it through the proper slot in the carriage. Next pull gently on the encoder strip to keep it snug, then move the carriage to the left side. This would indicate where the encoder strip should connect. In the other post the user reported that the spring had become dislodged, and was found in the bottom of the printer. You may need to look around, the spring is made of flat spring steel. See the post here for information: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Disconnected-plastic-ribbon/m-p/5132183/highlight/true...
When you find the spring and get it properly positioned you will need to disconnect the encoder strip from the right side. Next, connect the strip to the left side spring, making sure it is properly threaded through the carriage. Finally, you can attach the right side by putting a bit of tension on the spring.
