I have an HP Photosmart D7200 series printer and all of a sudden, when I inserted a new colour cartridge,  and try to print, it comes up "Ink system failure".   I have tried all the suggestions from the HP Help site and nothing has worked.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried these steps as well? 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
