I am having the same problem. I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9015. I receive Error Code 62019EA after the second page prints. All the lights on the printer flash and I am unable to turn the power off with the power button. I have tried unplugging the printer, but when I plug it back in and try to print again the same error code appears after the second page.

Hi @Scott117,
I'd like to help!
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I'm continuously getting this error, and today is the first time it has shown up since I bought the printer. I have tried both resetting the printer by unplugging the power cord from behind the printer and from the wall as well as checking for a firmware update. My printer says that the latest update has been installed, and I am still getting this error. I've had my printer less than two months. I have 3 exams tomorrow that I need to use the printer for, someone help.
