Had same problem  with 4570 E Office Jet printer. Changed the network on the printer.  Did uninstall of HP software on my desktop, reinstall, fixed.

Hi,

From the printer front panel tap the Setup icon and select Network Settings, then select Restore Network Defaults and confirm any prompt.

 

Next. select Setup > Network Settings > Wireless Settings and follow the Wireless Setup Wizard, follow the prompt on the screen, select your network name and type its password to connect the printer.

I did as you suggest first but did not allow printing.  Then I did a reinstall of the computer software for the printer. Perhaps what I downloaded was a newer version because the interface is not the same.  Printer now works fine.  Thanks for your comment.
