Printer HP Deskjet 4120e All-in-one printer. printer was set up months ago and was working perfectly well, changed both cartridges and no problems, just changed the black ink and now we have error SETUP cartridge. we do not have the original ones, as i did not know to keep them and the new cartridges are also original HP 305, so not copies. need help as printer will not work at all.
