I have looked through all responses to this common problem and HP seems to be unable to fix this problem.

THE ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY A NEW PRINTER???????????

Hello, 

 Is this the first time you are setting up the printer  or have you been using the printer for a while ?

Meanwhile you may try the below steps and also attach the images of the cartridges you are using for my better understanding.

  1. While the printer is ON, remove both the cartridges. Close the cartridge door.
  2. Take the pictures of the cartridge and attach to the message. 
  3. Power Off the printer. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Power on the printer, wait until it prompts to install cartridges, then install only the Black cartridge and close the cartridge door and follow the instructions.
