Product: HP ENVY Photo 7130 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have looked through all responses to this common problem and HP seems to be unable to fix this problem.
THE ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY A NEW PRINTER???????????

Hello,
Is this the first time you are setting up the printer or have you been using the printer for a while ?
Meanwhile you may try the below steps and also attach the images of the cartridges you are using for my better understanding.
- While the printer is ON, remove both the cartridges. Close the cartridge door.
- Take the pictures of the cartridge and attach to the message.
- Power Off the printer. Wait for 60 seconds.
- Power on the printer, wait until it prompts to install cartridges, then install only the Black cartridge and close the cartridge door and follow the instructions.
