I started having the exact same problem today after installing a new Magenta ink cartridge. Did you find a solution? The printer was working perfectly before the prompt to install a new ink cartridge but now I cannot use it at all. I even tried a second new ink cartridge with no luck. Help please.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
