I am having a similar problem trying to source a replacement printhead for this printer. The reference on my old printhead is CM751-60186-A on the barcode and CM751-80013-A on the circuit board. I cannot find reference to either CR322A or CR324A. My printer was purchased in the UK and is only 2 years old so I am keen to repair it.

 

Please can you confirm what replacement printhead part do I need for an 8620 Officeject Pro Printer and is it the same one as for the 8600?

You can buy CR342A that will fit your printer on eBay for 109GBP + shipping.

I replaced the printhead on my Office Jet Pro 8620 which I ordered from Amazon Prime.  It was easy to install and has worked fine since I replaced it 6 or 8 months ago.
