I bought my HP ENVY 5055 a few days ago for my son's homework and with every print it folds the right corner, sometimes printing and other times catching and ripping holes in the paper causing a jam! It's super frustrating as I have googled and looked for answers to help with no solution...I've tried everything! Do I need to return it?!
