My printer does not have a LCD display. When I try to connect it to my computer, it asks for the WPS PIN as it should. However, there is no PIN displayed because.i just have a small box that tells me the Ink level. A blank page is immediately ran through the printer. Nothing prints on the paper as it goes through. I've already tried changing the ink, so I know it isn't an issue with low ink.

@ARC117, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

1) Which printer are you using?

2) What is the Operating system installed on your Computer?

Keep me posted.

Cheers 🙂

Windows 10

I have discovered that the issue is my brand new ink cartridges. They are faulty, as I can still print in color text, but not black. Once I replace the cartridges, I should be able to print WPS Pin.

To print the WPS pin information, follow the steps below:

  • Press the Wireless button and Information button at the same time to print the network configuration page, and then locate a WPS PIN.

To set up the printer wireless, you can refer to this link ( page 62 to 64)

Also, this document may be of help.

Keep me posted.

Cheers 🙂
