Hi @hooptydue,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code 0x61011beb on an HP 6700 printer usually indicates an issue with the printer's printhead. Resetting the printer can sometimes help resolve the issue. Here are the steps to reset your HP 6700 printer.

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for a few minutes (at least 30 seconds) to allow the printer to completely power down.
  3. Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.
  4. Wait for the printer to warm up and become idle.
  5. Check if the error code is still displayed. If the error code persists, try resetting the printer again.

If resetting the printer does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace the printhead.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

On the printer front Panel select Setup > Tools > Restor Factory defaults to reset printer to its factory defaults.
