Help!
I have same problem with new Officejet 250 all-in-one mobile printer.
Stuck in 'shutting down' mode for hours.
I cancelled print jobs, disconnected from power, held down on/off button. Nothing works.
Does someone please know what to do?
Thank you.

Hi,
Have you tried to take out the battery? Unplug the power cord may not work because the battery stil supplies the power to the printer. Please follow the following link for user guide on how to do that.

Good day,
Power cycle might help:
1. disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet
2. wait for 30 seconds
3. connect the power cable to the wall outlet
4. turn on the printer
Hopes its help... 🙂
