Product: HP Photosmart 3210 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am receiving an error message 0xc18a0201 ink failure. Also receiving paper jam message. (There is no paper in printer).
The printer message also says it can't scan, fax or print.
I have tried numerous suggestions on sites but so far they haven't corrected the problem.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you,
Sam561
