Good evening, I am attempting to print an excel file and my printer will not allow me to do so. Please, see attached error message. I have already turned it on and off again and checked the cartridges. Also, i have a continuous error message on the printer itself saying the ink is not the 'instant ink'. I am using HP cartridges that are meant for my printer. How do I get this error message removed, as well? I do not want to be a part of instant ink. Thank you for your help.

@jthornhill, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print. Kindly check on the ink cartridges if they are labelled 'Instant Ink'. If the printer is not enrolled, you cannot use Instant Ink cartridges.
HP regular cartridges should work fine.
- Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- On the printer screen, go to Setup > Tools > Print a test page and check if this works.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
