Product: Deskjet

My deskjet 3635 does not recognize my new black cartridge (it recognizes the color one I bought them in one pack). I tried to clean the touching spots with little alcohol and it started recognizing the color but not the black. It does recognize the old one which has a little black in it left

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
