Every time I print a photo, I get these red lines across every photo. I've cleaned the heads multiple times and it's actually making it worse. It only happens with photos and not normal print jobs. Below is an example of what I am talking about.

Hi @chigger273,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
3) What is the size and type of photo paper you are using?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
-
Touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Hey Jay,
The report actually prints fine. The photo was printed on 4x6 photo paper at first, then I ran some test prints on 8x10 copy paper and same thing. I cleaned the heads multiple times and now our printouts have these red lines. The only thing I didn't attempt was the re-install of the drivers. I can try that.

Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
--->Select your HP printer.
--->Select Uninstall.
--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
--->Click on the Drivers tab.
--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
--->Select OK.
--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
--->Close Devices and Printers.
And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from the software and drivers page
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
