Product: HP DeskJet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Red colour marker on my HP Support Assistant icon in screen bottom line system tray. When I access Support Assistant says "Update to firmware required". However, this update process does not take effect. Will not conclude OK. Red indicator remains. ? Permanent ?
