Hi! Please help me solve my problem regarding the red triangle with an exclamation point in our printer. i guess this is the reason why we cannot be able to print. I already tried transfering the printer into another computer and install the driver, but still the red triangle is still there. I hope you can help me with my problem. My printer is LaserJet CP1025 color.

Hi @theart ,
I see that you are having issues with the Attention Light flashing on the printer. I would like to help you out today.
🛑 That error indicates that the print-cartridge door is open or other errors exist.
Did anything happen prior to the flashing light? (paper jam, changed a toner)
✔️Check for a paper jam. Here is a document for the locations to look for one: Attention Light Blinks during a Paper Jam.
Disregard the title.
Were you able to print the hardware self test?
Are you able to rotate the toners with the toner color on the printer pressed?
If you need further assistance, just let me know.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
Check your driver update, here: HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
This problem is related more often than when printing, the printer detects that it has no paper or a bad setting.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
