I have a reliable HP Deskjet D2360.
I just refilled the Black HP 21 ink cartridge at Costco as I always do, and now the Black HP 21 cartridge does not print at all. I went thru the 3 cleaning routines (without the HP 22 color cartridge to save color ink), but the black HP 21 cartridge prints absolutely nothing on the page; the color cartridge works fine. Any ideas, please. Thank you!

I have gone through your Post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

Since you have already attempted the Cleaning process please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware.

Also Note that HP does not recommend using refilled cartridges. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00853819
