HP ENVY PHOTO PRINTER 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago my 6 month old printer, which I purchased from the HP store, began making poor quality copies. When it printed everything looked fine but copies were very light. I called HP and spoke with customer support who guided me through several ways which, he said, might solve the problem. Nothing helped. He told me he would send me a new printer and I could return my current printer. Today I received the so-called new printer. I realized it was refurbished because it arrived in a cardboard box. When I took it out of the box I saw it had a sticker on the back which stated certified refurbished. I see it as getting a used printer. Are refurbished printers just as good as new printers? I still have 32 months on my extended warranty and the customer rep wasn't sure it would carry over to the refurbished printer. What should I do?  Try to talk them into giving me a brand new printer? Or should I just settle for the refurbished one?
