Hi,
I bought an officejet 7510 Graded A in ebay recently but without the set-up cartridges in it. It had not been used but since it had no set -up cartridges, obviously I can't start my printing. Ask HP support but to no avail and just like the rest who have ask help from this forum - an angel out there knows to solve this kind of problem.

I see that you are trying to bypass the setup cartridge message on your printer. You can try performing a reset on the printer. I am sending a private message with instructions. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen to access your mailbox.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome.

Hi Dvortex,
I am pleased to let you know that the initial solution you have presented to me was the very same solution that one of your colleague (Sebastian) had instructed me point by point through this HP support website. The only difference is he was my live chat support and he could answer immediately my querries. In other words, my HP Office Jet 7510 all in one printer is working now like a song. I hope all of you the HP team especially you Dvortex and Sebastian may have a nice Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!

Hello,
Please I am having the same set up cartridges issue with my photosmart 7510 which I bought as a Grade A item 2years ago but never used it till yesterday when my old printer fell and broke.
Please help on how to get my printer working without the set up cartridges.

I have the same problem with not having the set-up cartridges for the HP Officejet 7510 I have just purchased as an ex demo model.
