My HP is rejecting the latest batch I purchased from Costco. Turns out my latest empty one  has no region (there is no Z# )," and  the new ones I purchased are actually for US and Canada. 

 

So, how to now get the appropriate local, correct OEM cartridges to work?  I understand that Regionalization reset is the answer to my problems.

I've created 2 cases and both of them has been closed:

3/5/2020 - Case Number [edited]  - Created CRM:[edited]  - Closed on 3/7/2020

3/7/2020 - Case Number [edited]  - Created CRM:[edited] - Closed on 3/8/2020

 

HP does not want to honor my ink cartridges warranty by providing regionalization reset for my printer.

 

What else I can do?
