Hi, 

I brought a HP Deskjet-1050 from dubai and now i have shifted to asian region. Earlier it used 122 cartridges which are not available in asia and now i brought 802 cartridge but it is showing incompatible cartridge. So how should i change the region because i dont know the region reset code for hp deskjet 1050 all in one J410 series . Can someone tell me the reset code for it so that i can use 802 ink with my printer.

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
