My HP Smart App is not detecting the ink cartridge. I purchased my printer in Europe, but I am now using it in Canada.
In Europe, the compatible cartridge is the 305XL. However, in Canada I purchased the 67XL, which is also listed as compatible on HP’s website. It seems the printer requires additional configuration for it to recognize the 67XL instead of the 305XL.
Could someone please provide the Regionalization Reset procedure code to resolve this issue?
