I keep getting the message remove reinstall ink cartridge. I’ve tried hard reboot, cleaned as directed in forum by Hp experts. I use HP ink and it printed for me once after I installed it before this message. The printer is used mainly once a week, not a lot of wear and tear but out of warranty. I see this message a lot on the forum.
