I recently upgraded my HP printer from an HP Envy 4520 Series to an HP Envy 5540 Series. I uninstalled the 4520 software, but do not seem to be able to remove the image of the 4520 from my "My Devices" screen. Whenever HP runs a routine scan of my system, it pushes me to download drivers for the 4520, obviously picking up information from the listed devices. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me how to remove the unwanted printer from my "My devices" list please.
