My printer is completely useless as I have changed my router to an eero and the printer is locked by the admin. I am the admin and can not figure out how  to fix this issue. The control panel will not do anything as it states "Locked by Admin" So where do I go to unlock it so I can reset the printer and setup with my new router.

The instructions sent failed. I could not reset as the same message came up on the Control Panel,  All features has been locked by your Administrator or the person who setup the printer.  What do I do now.

Under Support menu -> Resets menu must be several reset options, you can try with other resets.
