macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Despite following instructions found on this forum and trying to contact support I can’t solve this online. I am enrolled in Instant Ink but keep getting the message on my printer “Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge” . I have done this but it makes no difference. I have also unplugged and restarted the printer to no avail. I really need a new colour cartridge to solve the problem but can’t find a way of getting this without buying a new one. Please help.

I see that the color Instant Ink cartridge is not working.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
