Hello!
We have recently gotten a new printer and signed up to the instant ink.
However we have recieved our first instant ink cartridge and we are getting the error message: "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge..."
I have searched the forum, and we have tried resetting the printer, cleaning all of the contacts, removing and reinstalling, etc, and had no luck with anything. I'ts only the black cartridge that is having the problems.
When we reinstall the old (empty) cartridge it works fine (though with no actual ink!).
Is it possibly a faulty cartridge, and if so how do we get a replacement sent out?
