Product: Hp officejet 7610 7612

Hello everyone , 

I don't have a problem 

But I spent the last 3 days with a problem made me very angry but finally I got the solution

Hp officejet 7612 

Error message " remove the cartridges and inspect for leaks " 

I tried literally everything but the printer still giving this message

The solution : 

Remove the printer head , on the back of the head you will a small board with many screws 

Unscrew the biggest 2 screws they are on top of the board then you can remove the plastic part that contains the chips reader 

At the bottom of it there is a see through plastic paper this part is the problem check it out you will find it not attached 

Then with some glue you will fix this problem
