Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Where can I get an HP Officejet Pro 6830 repaired in Denmark? The warranty is gone... but it is the printerhead, that needs to be cleaned/shifted

I'll look into it tomorrow. So far, it seems that all stores will sell and not repair, they refer only to HP service

I have given up. Everyone just refers to HP's own service. When I called HP, I was notified that the printer had a built-in printer head (I knew that-otherwise I could have changed it myself). Then it's a one-time product, I said! But they did not think so on HP. It was not meant to break, they said. What a crazy attitude, things are broken, especially the print head, which is particularly prone to drying out. I could get it repaired for about 900-1200 kr. I would recommend my neighbor, who owns the printer, to never buy HP again.
