HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw

I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw that was working perfectly fine until yesterday. It now shows a "50.2 Fuser Error" upon restarting. I have tried turning it off and on many times (as well as unplugging the power cord, waiting for a few minutes, plugging directly into the wall outlet, etc.) but the error persists.

Given that this seems like a hardware issue, what are my options to get it fixed? How can I contact HP Support to get some estimates on the repair costs and details on how to proceed with a repair if I choose to?

The printer is ~3.5 years old and is out of warranty.

Thanks!

A 50.2 error indicates that the fuser is not reaching temperature fast enough. This can be caused by power issues. Make sure you are plugged directly into the wall and not sharing the outlet with any high draw appliances like an AC unit or heater. If that does not resolve the issue, then likely the heating element has failed and you would need to replace the fuser. A quick look on Ebay only shows 1 used one for 165.00.
